IPLC vs IEPL Explained

What is IPLC?

IPLC (International Private Leased Circuit) is an end-to-end physically isolated leased line. Data transmission does not traverse the public internet, providing stable, low-latency cross-border connectivity. Unlike VPNs or proxies, IPLC offers dedicated bandwidth channels unaffected by public network congestion — ideal for enterprises and individuals with strict network quality requirements.

How is the 21ms latency measured?

The latency figure is one-way transmission delay from Shanghai to Seoul, measured via ICMP/TCP under normal load. Actual round-trip time (RTT) is approximately 42ms, varying with local access network and application-layer protocols.

Can I upgrade bandwidth?

Yes. No line replacement needed — bandwidth upgrades take effect the same day. Contact our team to proceed, no additional fees for the change.

Is it suitable for individual users?

We serve both enterprises and individuals. Standard packages start at HK$950/month, including dual-end VMs and dedicated IPs — individual users can use them for gaming acceleration, cross-border work, and more.
