Enterprise Leased Lines (IPLC/IEPL)
What's the difference between IPLC and IEPL?
IPLC is a traditional TDM/SDH line, while IEPL is Ethernet-based. IEPL offers more flexible bandwidth and lower costs. Both are physically isolated dedicated channels that don't traverse the public internet.
How long does provisioning take?
Standard packages within 24 hours. Custom lines typically 3-5 business days.
What's the minimum bandwidth? Can I upgrade anytime?
Starting at 5Mbps. Bandwidth upgradeable on demand without changing the line — usually effective same day.
What's the SLA availability guarantee?
Network availability SLA is 99.5%, with 24/7 technical support and incident response.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
Tencent Cloud, AWS CN / AWS, Huawei Cloud, and other partner providers.
IoT Connectivity
What's the difference between SIM and eSIM?
Traditional SIM is a physical card. eSIM is an embedded chip activated remotely. eSIM is better for industrial equipment and vehicle telematics where on-site card swaps aren't feasible.
What does Greater Bay Area roaming cover?
Covers Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. One SIM across all three regions, automatic switching, unified billing.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum. Start with a single SIM. Volume orders qualify for better pricing.
Dedicated Devices
Are the devices self-developed?
Yes. Console Servers, OOB devices, and secure access gateways are all self-developed, with customization for your deployment environment.
Does OOB need a separate SIM?
Yes, but we offer integrated SIM/eSIM + OOB device delivery — no separate procurement needed.
